The Coaching Programme is a 6 part process that prepares you for the challenges of balancing work and family, and helps you get out of your own way so you can step up to your true potential. By the end of the programme you’ll have more confidence, more control and the capability to have it all.
If I told you I have it all, how would you react? What thoughts come up for you? Do you think I’m
different? Delusional? Perhaps you’re thinking of all the reasons why it’s easier for me and harder for you. Or maybe you’re noticing all my imperfections and failures and thinking I’m kidding myself. You can’t have it all, you say. It just can’t be done. But it’s true. I have it all. And so can you.
I’m here to tell you that the messages you’ve been hearing, seeing and believing about having a family and a high flying career are wrong. Being a working parent isn’t all compromise, sacrifice and suffering! It is one of the greatest opportunities of your adult life.
Because successfully raising a family, progressing your career and enjoying your life requires you to show up and operate at a whole different level.
Most people think becoming a working parent creates new problems. But all it does is reveal existing cracks: faultlines in your thinking and behaviour that are holding you back – self-doubt, disorganisation, a reluctance to set boundaries, perfectionism to name a few. Before having children you can get away with this. When you have a family you can’t. Not if you want to thrive.
Because if you are prepared to step up to the challenge of having it all, having a family is an amazing opportunity to pause and take a close look at how you live and work. It’s the opportunity to let go of self-limiting habits, behaviours and attitudes that have been holding you back for years, and discover new ways of thinking, living and working that will elevate your life to a whole other level. Whichever work-life stage you are at – whether it’s wanting, planning or having it all – The Have It All Programme will give you all the confidence, control and capability you need to flourish as a working parent.

Is the Coaching in person or online?
All Coaching sessions take place via Zoom video conferencing which provides optimum scheduling flexibility which is a huge benefit to my clients. This also has the fantastic advantage of allowing us to record our sessions. I then send the session
recording to you to keep as a resource to replay when you want to revisit the insights and lessons from your coaching sessions, a feature which my clients love.
What is the time commitment?
There is a total of 10 hours of coaching plus you will have access to online resources provided from time to time. I will also on occasion set homework in between sessions. The extent of your involvement is up to you, however the more committed you are, the better your results.
